Once the product development phase of a product has been completed, the Saradox team will create all the Bills of Material and input it into the Material Requirement Planning System (MRP) software. This will establish customer packaging and raw material purchase requirement and associated lead times. Our buying team will ensure the correct quantities are purchased for the product launch. Based on the procurement lead time our project management team will develop a detailed project plan for a successful product launch.
