In order to facilitate a successful launch, we provide our customers with a detailed project plan. Each aspect of the timeline and delivery dates are workshopped with the project team. The project plan is updated by the Saradox project coordinator on a bi-monthly basis to ensure all team members stay on track with their deliverables.
