We are therefore totally committed to the implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of a Quality Management System that conforms to the ISO9001: 2015 Code of Practice as well as ISO22716:2011 (Good Manufacturing Practice – Cosmetics).
The implemented Quality Management System requires the participation and commitment of personnel in all departments and at all levels within the company.
The aim is to ensure the implemented Quality Management System is relevant & current as per normal business practices. Focusing on Continual Improvement, using day to day information to improve in a structured manner.
Compliance to all applicable local and international business, legal and regulatory requirements as well as applicable contractual obligations is non-negotiable.
Provision will be made during annual Management Review and Quarterly Quality Management Meetings for review and establishment of measurable Quality Objectives.
Achievement of these Quality Objectives will be monitored and continually improved on.
